Clean Sketch

A full body of a primarily clean sketch, color, minor highlighting, and shading.
Base Price: $15

Flats

Clean lines and flat colors, no shading.
(light blushing and highlighting can be added)

Extra

-Adding Character(s) - The amount of characters amount is multiplied by the commission type.
EX: The total for 2 full body-shaded characters would be ~80$ = 40$ (Commission type) x 2 (characters)-Adding a Scene/Background - Starting number is +$40 but this number may vary due to complexity.
Note: Adding a scene will add time to finishing a commission. Commissions can have a color or simple pattern background without an extra cost if asked for

A full-body front and back (either nude, underwear, or clothed), one headshot/bust, a color palette, and basic background.
- *Note: basic info about the character can be added upon request.Ref sheets are used to show off the details of a character for other artists to reference when drawing one character. These sheets don't typically have a lot of complex shading but a client can request for more than just blushing/basic highlights for an extra costBase Price: $60

This commission type allows me creative freedom over designing a character for you!*Note: Mood boards/references for clothes/hairstyles, etc, are super helpful! It helps me know what a client likes/enjoys. Feel free to mention specific details.$40

Commission Agreement and Terms of Service [WIP]

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:

Disclaimer:

- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason, with little to no explanation, and you will be fully refunded.- Commissions will be canceled if disrespectful behavior occurs. This, among other things, means disrespecting me, my time, and my art.- The information for commissions or TOS may change with time.

I. Payment & Fees:

- All payments must be made in full upfront. After I send you the first sketch, a client will be given 24 hours for payment. If there is issues with this time frame, please communicate that with me.- Payments can be taken by PayPal or Venmo invoices using USD.

II. Refunds:

- If you wish to cancel your commission, full refunds may only be issued during the sketch stage. After the sketch stage, refunds are generally case by case. The rough numbers for refunds are as follows:
- Refunds at at lineart stage: 80%
- Refunds at shading/highlighting stage(if applicable): 50%- Once the final sketch or product is approved, a refund will not be available.- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason, with little to no explanation.
- If I'm the one to cancel the commission for whatever reason, a full refund will be given.

III. Usage:

As the artist, I retain the rights over my artwork and my commissioned works, which include but are not limited to:-the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.-the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.- I typically post commissioned work on my social media, as well as stream, record, and upload videos of the processes of the artwork. However, if you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), this may be discussed.- Final product or any other stages (like sketches) of the commission are for personal use only; no commercial use is allowed.You may not:
- Claim the artwork as yours.- Remove my watermark/signature.- profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc.- You do not have permission to use any of my art for NFTs. I do not support NFTs in any way.You may:
- You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.- make minor edits to the image, like filters or effects.- Post it on social media with proper, visible credit.- You can make prints for personal use only.

For Custom Characters:These custom characters are like making a new OC or buying an adoptable.
Once a new custom character is given to the client, the client is allowed to do the following:- Give the character a name, personality, gender, clothes, etc.
- Modify/edit the character as long as it's not drastically from the original (like updating an old original character).- A client may only resell a custom character if they contact me first for permission and sell it at the same price it was bought (or less) but not higher than the original price.
- A client must show me evidence of the completed transaction with the new buyer and the new buyer's preferred name/contact so that I can keep a record of the ownership change.
- *Note: Even if a client is not making a profit/gifting a custom character for free, the original client still needs to contact me with the new owner's information regardless.Clients can not:- Make a profit off of the new character. For example, reselling for a higher price, using for commercial use, etc (Visit Usage for more info).- After the client receives the final product, credit isn't required as long as the client does not remove my watermark/signature from the finished drawing or claim the final product/original character is entirely their own idea or creation.- If you are unsure whether a custom character will be used in a way that breaks these or other rules in this TOS, please contact me for further questions.

IV. Process & Revisions:

- After payment is received, I'll start with an initial thumbnail sketch which will be sent to you for revisions. Once the initial sketch is approved, I will work on a final sketch for final revisions and approval.- Once the final sketch is approved, I will begin lineart and then color after that (+ shading/lighting if applicable).- I will update you on the process a few times until completion (Sketch, lineart, color, and then shading stage).- Once the final piece is sent to you, you can still ask for revisions but depending on how much of a major change, an extra fee may be included. This does not include the revisions that are necessary due to my own fault.
- *Note: It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes a minor and major revision, or a necessary revision from my own mistake.- WIPs will be initially sent as low-res, watermarked images, but a high-res image will be sent to you at the end.- I am currently a student so commission time may vary from around a week to a month. I will notify you if there are significant delays from my typical schedule. Please let me know in advance if this is a time-sensitive commission, though an extra rush fee may be applied.
